We currently offer local delivery for certain areas in Chicago! Orders must be minimum $10 and above in order to be eligible for local delivery. The local delivery fees can range depending on your zipcode and total order value.

- Fully contactless - packages will be left on your front porch/door, with a door person, or in a secure location for packages.

**Delivery dates may vary depending on our availability and weather conditions, and may exclude certain Public Holidays. Deliveries will generally be made between 10AM - 4PM. Orders placed after 9AM will only be delivered after the following day.
Terms & Conditions:
- If we are unable to deliver your order due to any reason, e.g. we have car issues or an emergency pops up) we will instead ship the package via UPS Ground.
- If there are any issues with your order you must contact us within 2 hours after the timestamped delivery with clear photographic evidence. (Same rules as the Live Arrival Guarantee for shipped orders)
- We are NOT liable if the package gets stolen/lost/damaged after being dropped off, so if there is a particular place you would like us to leave your package, please let us know beforehand. Once the package has been delivered, it should be taken in ASAP. Please ensure someone will be home to receive the order.
