The Lucky Bamboo Plant (Dracaena sanderiana) is an extremely popular undemanding, slow-growing houseplant that is used by fish-keepers in aquariums, paludariums, and terrariums. Although is not a truly aquatic plant, it can be grown in shallow water or in hang-on-the-back filter units. It should be positioned upright with its leaves clearly out of the water as submerging its leaves in water will eventually cause them to melt.
