Description

Aponogeton madagascariensis, also known as the Madagascar Lace Plant, is one of the most highly sought after Aponogetonsin the hobby due to its leaves' delicate lace pattern. Although it is more demanding than other Aponogetons, most people would agree that it is worth the extra effort!

Like many other Aponogeton plants, the Madagascar Lace Plant goes through a "resting phase" as part of its life cycle, in which it will lose most or all of its leaves in warmer temperatures. We recommend keeping the Madagascar Lace Plant in cooler temperatures, and to keep it in nutrient-rich substrate or to substitute nutrients via Root Tabs.

NOTE: Unsprouted bulb plants are only guaranteed to be healthy when received. We cannot guarantee your success in growing these bulbs as different bulb plants may have different requirements needed in order to sprout depending on the species. We recommending doing research additional research on the plant's requirements to thrive or sprout before purchasing.
