Bella Palm

Chamaedorea Elegans, also known as Bella Palm or Parlour Palm, is a relatively common house plant, or terrarium plant, that does well with its roots emerged underwater. It's a great feature plant for shallow "nano pond" tanks, and can also be used in hang-on-the-back filters.
