Hyptis Lorentziana, also referred to as "Hemigraphis traian", is a rare aquatic plant that originated from Brazil, but can now be found in other parts of South America. It features uniquely shaped mint-like leaves that can vary between green, purple, and red in color depending on the intensity of the light it is grown under. It can be grown either submerged as a midground or foreground plant or emersed in a humid environment such as a terrarium or paludarium. It grows much quicker when grown emersed.
NOTE: 1 Portion consists of THREE 3-4+" stem trimmings from our personal tanks!
